Add 45 ml (about 3 tbsp) for each pack you use. You can add a little more or less to get the consistency of marination paste you need.
We keep it simple.
- Add water and oil to the spice mix
- Marinate your chicken for an hour or more
- Cook in an oven or an air-fryer
- While cooking, twist & brush with remaining marinate or butter
Chicken breast cooks in 8-10 min, while other cuts take 20-30 min time.
Ofcourse! Mix 1 tbsp curd in the spice mix in addition to 3 tbsp water. This will ensure chicken doesn't dry off or burn.
Cook covered, on low heat.
For close to 250g, 1 pack should do. If you are making say 400g, open up the second pack. Remember, once the pack is open, you should not store any remaining spice mix.
