For leg & thigh boneless 180 C for 25-30 min is an ideal setting.
Chicken breast cooks faster, takes about 10-12 min.
If cooking on a pan, cook on low heat. If it feels it's getting dry, add a little bit of water and cover.
You can store the sealed packs for 6 months. Once opened, use immediately.
